This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between the user (hereinafter referred to as "You") and the Peru Team, governing Your use of the Peru (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") and the services provided therein (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using the Application and Services, You signify Your unequivocal acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In the event that You do not concur with any provision herein, it is incumbent upon You to refrain from using the Application and Services.
You must have attained the age of 18 years or the legal age of digital service utilization in Your jurisdiction to be eligible to use the Peru. Your use of the Application serves as conclusive evidence of Your compliance with the applicable age requirements.
You are obliged to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ordinances in the course of using the Peru and Services, both domestic and international.
To access the full suite of features and Services offered by Peru, You are required to register an account. During the registration process, You must provide accurate and current information. It is Your responsibility to maintain the currency and accuracy of Your account information at all times.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality and security of Your account credentials, including but not limited to Your username and password. All activities and transactions conducted under Your account shall be deemed to be Your actions. In the event of any suspected unauthorized access to Your account, You are required to notify the Peru Team immediately at peru0681@outlook.com.
The Peru Team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate Your account without prior notice if You violate any provision of this Agreement, engage in any illegal activities, or otherwise act in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity or operation of the Application and Services.
You shall not use the Peru and Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, identity theft, or the dissemination of harmful or illegal content.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any content that is offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise violates the rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights.
You must refrain from engaging in any activities that may disrupt the normal operation of the Peru and Services, such as overloading the server, using automated scripts without permission, or engaging in distributed denial - of - service (DDoS) attacks.
Any content that You submit, upload, or transmit through the Peru shall be Your sole responsibility. By submitting such content, You hereby grant the Peru Team a worldwide, non - exclusive, royalty - free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform such content in connection with the provision of the Application and Services.
The Peru, including but not limited to its software, design, user interface, content, and all other intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of the Peru Team and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to You in this Agreement are reserved by the Peru Team.
Subject to Your strict compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Peru Team hereby grants You a limited, non - transferable, non - sub - licensable, and revocable license to use the Peru solely for Your personal, non - commercial use.
The Peru may contain links to third - party websites, services, or applications. The Peru Team does not control, endorse, or assume any liability for the content, privacy policies, or business practices of such third - parties.
Your use of third - party services or websites accessed through the Peru is subject to the terms and conditions of those third - parties. You are advised to review their terms and privacy policies carefully before using their services.
The Peru and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non - infringement, and title.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Peru Team, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Peru and Services.
The Peru Team reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments shall be effective upon notice to You, which may be provided through the Application, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Application and Services after the effective date of the amendment shall constitute Your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. In the event of termination, You shall immediately cease all use of the Peru and Services, and the Peru Team shall have the right to delete Your account and any associated data in accordance with its data retention policies.
